Ray has worked in Telecomm since 1965, bringing 35 years experience to the team. Over the last 15 years Ray has worked in BT, Concert BT/AT&T's international networks departments as regional network account manager for Africa and the Middle East, developing solutions for overseas customers. In that time he has worked in over 70 countries around the world managing the correspondent network and designing, selling and project managing the installation of data and voice products.
 

A Graduated Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering joined T8 Ltd from a successful term as Sales Director Philippines with Asia Global Crossing (AGC). Before joining AGC Ed spent over 6 successful years with BT South and North East Asia as the Carrier Business and Distribution Manager, winning many BT awards for his work with the carriers in the region. Ed has a wide range of telecom experience both at the managerial and technical level gained during his past employment with some of the leading Philippine telecom companies. Ed brings to T8 first hand executive experience and local knowledge gained in his past employment at senior level in managing complex commercial and technical relationships with carriers and multi national corporations

YC Ma is the Founder of iThrane Pte Ltd, a project management companies set up to manage assets in Disaster Recovery / BCP / Data Centre and Telecommunications Operations. Interim executive Chairman of Failsafe Corporation Singapore. Set up iTTi Pte. Ltd. to promote wholesale voice traffic hubs out of Singapore and Malaysia and recently set up a telephone calling card business for the Malacca State Government.
Prior to this, YC was a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of 3G-Media, a company based in Malaysia focused on convergent technologies. He was involved in network design, IT infrastructure planning and implementation for clients such as TV3, a broadcasting company in Malaysia, University Malaysia Sabah and projects for Malaysia’s Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Finance.
He has a successful track record in working with regional companies in Asia like CAAS - Singtel, Evergreen Shipping and Software International where he headed a successful application of Malaysia’s "Multimedia Super-Corridor" status for a Joint venture company between AIG and Software International
Whilst living in Europe, YC also worked in senior executive positions with many multinational organizations such as the BBC, British Aerospace, Lockheed Martin and Alcatel. In the course of his work, he won awards for innovative design in unique microprocessor based solutions.
He is a member of the Institute of Electronic Engineers (UK) with a Masters degree in Management (M.A) and a B.Sc (Hons.) in Engineering from the United Kingdom.

I am a graduate with science background and qualified ACCA accountant and 13 years of increasing responsibility in the accounting profession. I have worked in public practice and industry and have gained extensive commercial, technical and financial experience. I enjoy challenging tasks and taking responsibility and perform well under pressure.
 

A computer software development graduate, with over 12 years experience in information technology, 5 years experience in telephony billings systems and VoIP infrastructure. Professional accreditations are MCSE, CCNP, CNE, VocalTec trained Engineer and Telephony Experts Master Engineer. Sebastian brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. With a high desire for success and close eye for detail, Sebastian is a driving force for excellence.
 

An electronics and software graduate, Emerick has been working for fifteen years in research and development in the telecommunications sector in Asia, America and Europe. Fields: DSP, Real-Time Signalling Analysis, IP Networks planning and design, Fraud Management on Credit Cards, Fixed Telephony and IP Telephony. Emerick has joined the team, bring his expertise and knowledge for the success of T8.
